You are required to register for the Convention online or by fax or email on or before May 28, 2010. Space is on a first-come first-served basis. The Convention on June 18th includes coffee breaks, luncheon and convention materials. (Travel and accommodation arrangements will be the responsibility of the registrant.) You will be notified of acceptance of your registration by June 4, 2010 via fax or email (if provided). Please bring your confirmation letter to the Convention.

Reception

Registration includes the Cocktail Reception on June 18th 2010.

Cancellation of Registration

As places are limited, you must notify the Convention Secretariat of cancellation of your registration on or before May 28 2010.

Official Language

English and Chinese. Simultaneous Interpretation Service available.

Payment

Payment of registration by non-AHEC members will be collected at the reception counter located outside the Ballroom of Shangri-la Hotel Chengdu on June 18, 2010. Only US Dollars will be accepted. Payment must be made in cash only. To guarantee your place, please complete and return the registration form to the Convention Secretariat in advance before May 28 2010.
